Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 April 2026

1. About Seghu

Seghu ("the platform") is operated by hibretOne CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13622819). By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not legal advice

Seghu is a document-as-a-service platform. It does not provide legal advice. The information, assessments, recommendations, and documents generated by Seghu are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent legal advice before making any decisions about your legal structure, incorporation, or funding.

3. Eligibility

The platform is currently available to organisations and individuals based in England. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Access is invite-only during the closed beta period.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate information when using the platform.

You must notify us immediately at info@hibretone.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, assessments, scoring logic, and generated outputs are the intellectual property of hibretOne CIC, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Documents you generate using your own input data remain yours to use, subject to the "not legal advice" disclaimer above.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Free tier access is available without payment. Paid tiers (Founder Plan) are billed annually. Document packs are priced as one-off purchases. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. No refunds are issued for document packs once a document has been generated. Subscription refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of payment.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain the platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or regulatory requirements. We will notify users in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hibretOne CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform — including (without limitation) losses arising from reliance on platform outputs as legal advice, failed incorporation applications, or funding decisions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@hibretone.org. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact

For any questions about these terms, contact us at info@hibretone.org.
